Mr. Phil Chukwu is a 1977 B.Sc. (Hons) Graduate of Applied Geophysics from Obafemi Awolowo University, lle-lfe. He further studied at the Institute Francais du Petrole (IFP) where he recieved a Diplome Ingenieur (Drilling & Reservoir Exploration) in 1981, and later obtained M.Eng (Petroleum) in 1990 from the University of Port Harcourt. He is a fellow of the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (FNAPE) and a fellow of the institute Petroleum Studies, University of Port Harcourt.

Mr. Chukwu joined the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation in 1979 as Research Geophysicist. In 1996, he was transferred to the erstwhile Oil & Gas Sector of NNPC as a Petroleum Engineer. From 1991 to 1997. Mr. Chukwu was appointed Head of Market Intelligence and Technology at the NNPC london Office.

Between 1997 and 1998, Mr. Chukwu was appointed the Technical Assistant (Upstream) to the Hon. Minister of Petroleum Resources before returning to National Petroleum Investment Management Services (NAPIMS) as Manager Joint Venture Petroleum Engineering. In November 2003, he was elevated to the position of Group General Manager, NAPIMS - a corporate strategic unit of the NNPC. It was from this position that he was appointed Managing Director of NETCO in October 2005.

Dr. A. O. Adewale received his 1977 West African School Certificate (WASC) with Distinction from the Federal Government College, Port Harcourt, Rivers State in 1977.

In 1982, he was awarded a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering with First Class Honors from the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Akoka, in Lagos. Dr. Adewale was also awarded a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Civil Engineering from the same University in 1985.

Between 1986-1988, he was Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Lagos State University (LASU). He distinguished himself as a hard working and most reliable lecturer in the course of discharging his duties.

While still working as Assistant Lecturer at LASU, he simultaneously pursued a doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering at UNILAG. He later received the prestigious B.F. Goodrich Fellowship to study in the U.S.A. where he received a Ph.D. in Polymer Engineering from the University of Akron, Ohio, USA in 1993.

After the Doctorate degree award, Dr. Adewale first worked as a City Engineer in Cleveland, Ohio. In 1994, he was hired as Scientist by Johnson & Johnson in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. He earned his Masters in Business Administration in 1998 from the University of North Florida (UNF). He later joined UNF in 1999 as Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering. In 2003, Dr. Adewale was promoted as Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, UNF.

He left UNF to join Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in 2005 and was deployed to Research and Development (R & D) Division of NNPC as General Manager, Exploration and Production. Dr Adewale is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Florida. He is author of the book “Solid Modeling Using Pro/Engineer Wildfire” published by Thomson Delmar Learning in 2005. He has also authored numerous invention disclosures as well as scores of other technical and professional publications.

Dr Adewale was deployed by NNPC Management to NETCO as Executive Director Operations in November, 2006.

Mr. Ralph S. Amabibi is a 1974 B.Sc. (Hans) Graduate in Political Science from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. In 1979, he obtained a Masters Degree in Public Policy and Administration from University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA and another Masters Degree in International Relations from Florida State University, Florida, USA.

Mr. Amabibi joined the NNPC in December 1991 as Chief Officer in the Port Harcourt Refining Company Limited. While in the company, he served in different capacities and at different times as Officer-in-Charge of Transport Administration, Officer-in-Charge of Training, Officer-in-Charge of Personnel Information and Compensation, and Officer-in-Charge of General Administrative Services.

Thereafter, he was promoted Deputy Manager and transferred to the Integrated Data Services Limited, Benin-City as Deputy Manager, Materials Management Department. In 2000, he was appointed Manager, Materials Management Department.

In December 2003, he was transferred to Eleme Petrochemicals Company Limited as Manager, Admin & Personnel Department. It was from this position that he was appointed Executive Director Services of NETCO in June 2004. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
